It maps and syncs the entities that matter to quality: customers and contacts, suppliers and vendors, purchase orders and line items, goods receipts (GRNs), delivery notes, work orders, production batches and lots, and customer returns. Each ERP entity gets its own dedicated page in the QMS where you can see, search, filter, export, and AI-enrich the data.

PO data drives receiving inspection. Match incoming material to PO lines, capture lot and serial numbers, link inspection results to the originating PO.
